We want you to love what you receive, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Because many items are custom or made‑to‑order, our return policy balances fairness with the realities of handcrafted production.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items

These items are created specifically for you and are non‑returnable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There is a craftsmanship defect

If something isn’t right, contact us — we’ll make it right.

Non‑Custom Items

Non‑custom, ready‑to‑ship items may be eligible for return if:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging is included

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of the item and packaging
  3. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate

We handle these situations quickly and fairly.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible non‑custom items if the requested replacement is in stock.
For custom items, exchanges are handled case‑by‑case depending on materials and build requirements.


6. Cancellations

Custom Orders

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, materials may already be cut or work may have begun.

Non‑Custom Orders

May be canceled before the item ships.
Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.


7. Non‑Returnable Items

To protect product integrity and safety, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items showing signs of use
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final‑sale items

8. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond with next steps and a return address.
